Education Law Newsletter Archives
CEPI’s Education Law Newsletter was typically published monthly during each school year (September to June) from 2002 to 2017. The newsletter was edited by Richard S. Vacca, Ed.D., a senior fellow at the institute, who brought decades of teaching experience in educational law to explaining emerging issues and crucial legal topics in the education sector. Some issues drew on authors from among experts in the education law field, but Dr. Vacca both wrote and edited each edition from 2002 to 2015 and again in the 2016-17 school year. May 2017 marked the last planned issue of the Education Law newsletter, though Dr. Vacca continues work on an edited volume of the newsletters for potential publication as a book. The full set of newsletters are preserved in this archive for access and use by any interested persons.
