Publications

The Commonwealth Educational Policy Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University produces a variety of publications throughout the year, including a monthly Education Law Newsletter and General Assembly Updates throughout each legislative session.

We also produce the annual Commonwealth Education Poll, which takes the public’s pulse on hot education topics each year. Polls focus on issues ranging from homeschool sport participation to state spending on PK-12 education.
